Define the differences and similarities in a group with a flower-metaphor.
Start your workshop with this exercise to introduce the participants to each other.
When to use it?

Materials:
big sheets of paper, crayons, markers, etc.
How:
Divide the group in group of 4-5 persons
Every group should draw a large flower which symbolizes the group on a big sheet of paper in which:
the petals show individual’s characteristic,
center – shows what member of the group have in common
Allow each group to present their flower to the whole group
