Who, as me, likes…?
Ask the question and find a chair.
This exercise can be used before the training to mix people usually sitting together.
When to use it?
Beginning, get to know each other
To mix people who usually sit together
Prepare a circle of chairs, one chair less than participants
One person needs to stand inside the circle
The person without a chair, in the middle of the circle, starts game the by asking who as I…for e.g. likes to eat chocolate
Those participants who like chocolate shall stand up and change the chair, so that everyone can mix. The person who is asking also needs to find a place to sit.
There is always someone left without chair – this person starts the new round by asking a question
Instead asking “ Who as I, likes…?” you can use “Who as I, did….?”
Find “who you are” without asking this question.
Tell me about the others
Tell about yourself in one sentence and remember all the names in the group.
Balloon of expectations
Collect expectations with a balloon, learn the participants to “give” and “take” during the workshop.
